UniTalent is a platform that connects students with internship and work placement opportunities. The Platform facilitates:

• Student registration and profile management
• Company registration and posting of opportunities
• Application submission and management
• Administrative oversight and approval processes

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use the Platform, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
• Consent to data processing under Qatar PDPL

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All activities under your account
• Keeping your password secure
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
• Ensuring your information remains accurate and up-to-date

4. Student Obligations

As a student user, you agree to:

• Provide truthful information in your profile
• Submit only your own CV/resume
• Apply only to opportunities for which you are qualified
• Respond professionally to company communications
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Company Obligations

As a company user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate company information
• Post only legitimate internship and work placement opportunities
• Review applications in good faith
• Comply with all employment and labor laws
• Maintain confidentiality of student information

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious software or attempt to breach security
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CloudMerg and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

CloudMerg provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any loss or damage resulting from use of the Platform
• Inaccuracies in user-provided information
• Outcomes of internship or work placement matches
• Technical failures or interruptions

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also request account deletion at any time through your profile settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Qatar.
